Each skull carving I create is a unique work of art, and because every piece varies in size, horn structure, and the level of intricate detail, I don’t have fixed prices. 

Instead, I encourage you to browse through my portfolio page for inspiration and ideas on designs and color schemes that resonate with you. Once you have a vision in mind, simply send me a WhatsApp message to start the creative process. I will work with you to design something truly personal and provide a custom quote based on your chosen piece.

Prices generally range from R1,800 to R18,000. 

Here is a pricing guide:

Entry Level – Under R3,000

Smaller skulls such as Springbok, Impala and Blesbok featuring minimal carving, decoupage, or simple mosaic work.

Small Skulls – R3,000 to R6,000

Includes Warthog, Lechwe, Reindeer (Takbok), Ram and Oryx skulls with more detailed carving, mosaic work or mixed-media finishes.

Medium Skulls – R6,000 to R8,000

Includes Blue Wildebeest, Black Wildebeest, Red Hartebeest, Kudu, Eland, Sable and Roan skulls featuring intricate carving or mixed-media techniques.

Large Skulls – R8,000 to R12,000

Buffalo and Ox skulls transformed into statement pieces through detailed carving and decorative finishes.

Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your commission and secure your place in the production queue. The remaining balance is payable once your artwork has been completed. Artwork will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.

Lead Times

Every commission is created entirely by hand and receives the time and attention it deserves. As a result, I work from a waiting list and cannot guarantee exact completion dates. This allows me to ensure that every artwork meets the highest standard before it leaves my studio.
