• Not only will you be taking your artwork home with you, you will also have all the tools to continue carving and creating in the future.

• The groups are kept small and intimate, to ensure personal guidance and attention from the artist.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and attending the Workshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not book or attend.

2. Refund Policy

Should you not be able to attend/cancel your booking within 30 days before the Workshop commences, no refund will be applicable. Should you not be able to attend/cancel your booking within 60 days before the Workshop commences, a 50% refund will be applicable. 

Alternatively, you can discuss the issue with us, and change the date of your Workshop.

3. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred whilst at our workshop or using our products or power tools. Hereby you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved and agree that we shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages resulting from such use.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services following changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in The Republic of South Africa.
